Philip Inghelbrecht is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tatari, a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring ads across linear and streaming TV. Prior to Tatari, Philip is also known as a co-founder of Shazam, one of the most widely-used music apps in the world.
Prior to Tatari, Philip was also a founding employee and former president of TrueCar (NSDQ:TRUE). In addition, he previously ran business development at Rockmelt (acquired by Yahoo) and led sports and entertainment partnerships for Google/YouTube.
Philip is also an active investor and advisor. Born in Belgium, he currently lives in San Francisco and when not spending time with his family, he enjoys skiing or kiteboarding.
Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist
Mike Swinson is Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist at Tatari, a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring ads across linear and streaming TV. Mike leads Tatari’s Data Science team in building out cutting-edge tools for offline marketing analytics to evaluate the performance of clients’ TV and digital OTT media buying.
Prior to Tatari, Mike was Chief Data Science Officer at TrueCar where he was responsible for optimization, machine learning, statistical analysis, and forecasting. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Artificial Neural Networks, as well as a couple of Masters and Bachelors degrees in various fields, including Statistics, Economics, Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science.
Mike is also a prolific inventor of computational algorithms. He currently holds 33 issued US patents.
Co-Founder and Head of Strategy
Joel Lander is Co-Founder and Head of Strategy at Tatari, a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring ads across linear and streaming TV. Joel assists Tatari clients in creative design and strategy, analytic interpretations, and every other facet of TV advertising.
Prior to Tatari, Joel worked at TrueCar where he was in charge of TV marketing analytics. Under his leadership of TV analytics, TrueCar experienced 1000% growth in UVs and sharply higher revenues. TrueCar chose to IPO in the midst of this hyper growth.
Joel’s pre-TrueCar background includes a PhD in economics with a specialization in Finance. He was a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Board and was writer/co-inventor of the article that introduced the “Fed Model,” a concept for determining whether the market was valued correctly. He also ran a small hedge fund.
VP of Operations
Müller Luo is VP of Operations at Tatari, a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring ads across linear and streaming TV. Prior to Tatari, she spent 10+ years in equity research, Energy & Power investment banking, and Oil & Gas credit portfolio management in NYC and Houston. In 2010, Müller took a brief break to open her bakery in San Francisco’s Mission District before pivoting her experience into the startup world in San Francisco. Since then, she’s been helping innovative startups grow and scale their business. Müller heads up finance, accounting and HR at Tatari.
VP of Media
Brad Geving is VP of Media Buying at Tatari, a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring ads across linear and streaming TV. Prior to joining Tatari's leadership team in 2016, Brad was VP of Strategic Planning for five years at Bank of America where he executed marketing analytics projects and developed customer strategies for cross-selling of products. In addition, Brad spent time developing Union Bank's strategy for responding to stress test requirements of the Federal Reserve and learned a lot about regulatory red tape in the process.
In his current role, Brad is responsible for helping Tatari stay at the forefront of finding and securing the right media for Tatari clients. He leads the media buying operations team which entails media buying, market analytics and the logistics behind onboarding data and new technologies for buying at Tatari. Brad also has heavy involvement in Tatari's development of internal software that improves the efficiency of media buying.
VP of Client Services
Andy Schonfeld is Head of Client Services at Tatari, a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring ads across linear and streaming TV. Andy leads the client services team and oversees all functions involving day to day account management, client strategy & growth, client relations, and client success at Tatari. He drives forward cross functional planning and execution with the product development, engineering, and data science teams to help influence product roadmaps based on client needs.
Before joining Tatari, Andy was the first sales/client focused employee at LKQD where he built out brand sales, DSP sales, and DSP client development teams. He was responsible for driving LKQD’s revenue to $90M which helped lead to its acquisition by Nexstar Media Group in 2018. Prior to his career at LKQD, Andy was an early employee at Adap.tv where he built out all buy side programmatic video business, led a team of demand partnership, and worked with large brands and programmatic platforms such as Proctor and Gamble, Google, Trade Desk, etc.
VP of Marketing
Amit Sharan is VP of Marketing at Tatari, a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring ads across linear and streaming TV. Amit is responsible for all of Tatari’s marketing & communication initiatives and establishing Tatari as the gold standard in data-driven TV advertising.
Prior to Tatari, Amit was Product Marketing Communications Manager at Facebook where he led initiatives to launch and scale awareness and adoption of media monetization products. In a previous role at Facebook, Amit also led global marketing in Publisher Ad tech, focusing on LiveRail and Audience Network. Prior to joining Facebook, he led marketing for LiveRail (acquired by Facebook), a video ad-tech company focused on programmatic video advertising.
VP of Engineering
Scott Persinger is VP of Engineering at Tatari, a data & analytics company focused on buying and measuring ads across linear and streaming TV. Scott is responsible for leading and growing Tatari’s engineering team as well as overseeing the development of Tatari’s platform. He also collaborates with Tatari’s data science and product teams to bring the company’s data science innovations to our customers.
Prior to joining Tatari, Persinger served as a leader at Stripe where he built the alternative payment methods engineering team that extended pay-in services beyond credit cards to all other global payment methods. Previous to Stripe, Persinger was a Senior Engineering Director at Heroku where he led the platform services engineering group at the company, covering all user-facing Heroku components. Persinger joined Heroku, a Salesforce Company, via acquisition when he served as co-founder and CTO at CloudConnect. Prior to Cloud Connect, he was co-founder and VP of Engineering at Remixation, which was acquired by Vevo.
VP of Client Development
Prior to joining Tatari, Todd was GM of Adobe Advertising Cloud TV, the most-widely used solution for automated, data-driven buying of TV — including linear, addressable and connected TV. Under Todd's leadership, Advertising Cloud brought many innovations to TV advertising including new data sets for audience targeting and improved accountability in measurement.
Todd joined Adobe via the company's acquisition of TubeMogul, where he was GM of Programmatic TV. Prior to TubeMogul, Todd was EVP, U.S. Director at Magna Global, where he guided media negotiations for IPG Mediabrands. Before Magna Global, Todd held leadership positions in media investment at Initiative and Mediacom.
